Delivery InformationUpdated a month ago

  • All in-stock orders placed before 4 pm Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day (excluding pallet deliveries, livestock & unless otherwise stated). Your order will be shipped via the delivery method selected at checkout unless manually upgraded due to the nature of the goods ordered. If you have selected to choose your delivery day, your order may be held by our warehouse team, ready for dispatch on the appropriate day.
  • Each order will be issued with an estimated dispatch date at checkout. If your order contains an item that is out of stock or an item that needs to be ordered in for you, we will always aim to ship your order on or before this date. If, for any reason, your order encounters a delay, we will contact you via telephone or email to discuss.
  • If your cart includes out-of-stock products. You have the option to choose a Split Delivery to have the in-stock items sent right away at an additional cost.
  • Upon your order being shipped, you will be notified via email. Following on from this, you will receive an email (and sometimes a text depending on the courier) providing you with your tracking details. (Please note that tracking details may not be available for pallet or direct from manufacturer deliveries)
  • Any failures or non-delivery must be reported to our customer service team within 24 hours of the delivery failure so that we can escalate the issue with the couriers. Please be aware that if you specifically request to have your order left in a safe place, the responsibility for the delivery is transferred to you as the customer, rather than remaining with us or the delivery firm, provided that a delivery photo and accurate GPS location are included.
