How do the fish travel? In insulated boxes designed for live transport, packed by aquatic specialists, overnight with a licensed live-animal courier, arriving before 1 pm.

What if a fish does not survive the journey? Fish are covered by our Live Arrival Guarantee. Photograph it within 4 hours of delivery, email [email protected] with your order number and our customer service team will be happy to help,

What days can I get delivery? Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. You pick your day at checkout; please choose a day someone is home.

Can I mix fish with the rest of my order? Yes. One basket, one checkout; the fish arrive with the specialist courier and the rest of your order ships as normal. Delivery charges and times will be displayed as part of your checkout process.

Do you deliver to my area? We can deliver to UK mainland only for live fish.

What do I do when they arrive? Follow the five-minute acclimatisation steps in our When Your Fish Arrive guide: float the bags, add tank water gradually, net the fish in, lights low, feed the day after arrival.
